Do ADULTS need a ticket?
YES!!! We are very limited on space and are requiring all entrants to have a ticket. Plus, adults should get a magic wand and Potion necklace too, right? ;)
Infants under 12 months old do not need a ticket. 
 
Tickets are absolutely non-refundable for any reason. Tickets can be transferred to another person/people for $5 per transaction.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In consideration of the services of Part of Your World Princess Parties Utah, LLC. and C&C Ballet Comapny their agents, owners, officers, managers, volunteers, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Part of Your World Princess Parties"), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Part of Your World Princess Parties, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:

1. I acknowledge that my participation in all activities which include Dancing/Character Meet and Greet/ Photos/Crafts/ and any other activity at the Princess and Villain Ball on 10/21/23 entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.

The risks include, among other things: slipping and falling; collision with fixed objects or people; strains, sprains, broken bones, concussions, and musculoskeletal injuries including head, neck, and back injuries; cuts, abrasions, bruises, cardiac related illness or even more severe life threatening hazards; exhaustion; exposure to temperature and weather extremes which could cause hyperthermia (heat related illnesses), heat exhaustion, dehydration, choking; the negligence of participants, or other persons who may be present; equipment failure or operator error; transmissible pathogens or diseases; my own physical condition, and the physical exertion associated with this activity. Furthermore, Part of Your World Princess Parties personnel have difficult jobs to perform. They seek safety, but they are not infallible. They might be unaware of a participant's fitness or abilities. They might misjudge the weather or other environmental conditions. They may give incomplete warnings or instructions, and the equipment being used might malfunction.

2.I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.

3.I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Part of Your World Princess Parties and their affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of Part of Your World Princess Parties' equipment or facilities,including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of Part of Your World Princess Parties.
